Refund Policy

Please note that we do NOT offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Can I return my order? Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The order must include all appropriate parts, components, and packaging, intact and exactly as received.

  • The product must show only signs of normal use; damages due to negligent handling are excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is essential must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

  • The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.

Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be approved within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons unrelated to us.

How Can I Return My Order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at:

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (if damaged)

    • Your full name

    • Your address

We will provide the correct return address. Do not send returns to the sender's address, as they will not be processed. Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse.

The customer covers all return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (individuals purchasing for personal use) have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:

  • Orders are processed automatically, so cancellations are only possible after delivery.

  • To withdraw, notify Maison Toronto via email with a clear statement of cancellation.

  • The withdrawal is complete once we receive the returned goods.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges from Old Collections

Items from past collections or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale purchases are final.

Tracking Shipments in Transit

Since our products ship from Asia, delivery times may vary. If your order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. Please wait to receive the items before initiating a return.

For faster processing, provide shipping confirmation when returning.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments (excluding original shipping costs) within 10 days of receiving both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
