Orders and Shipping
1. How long does shipping take?
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time varies by location but won’t exceed 15 days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders this week.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed, email us at info@maisontoronto.com ASAP with your order details and we’ll try to help.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We’re expanding Maison Toronto, so international shipping will be available soon!
Returns and Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Sale items and accessories are final sale.
2. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at info@maisontoronto.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the steps.
3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item was damaged or defective.
4. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, if the desired size is in stock. Email info@maisontoronto.com to set up the exchange.

3. What if an item is out of stock?
